It tastes great. I like the energy it gives me. The only downside is the tingling sensation, but it has dissipated a bit.

I have tried a lot of pre workouts bit the ingredients are cleanest and of the Sunnah. You feel good about working out & whether you go early or late, you are motivated more than ever. All in all, I would recommend
